Effective date: 8 July 2026 · Version 1.0 · MeasurePro is a product of Smart India Enterprises, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("MeasurePro", "we", "us", "our").

Plain-language summary: MeasurePro helps you record site measurements. It is a recording aid — you must always verify measurements yourself before fabrication. Keep your password safe, keep backups of your data, pay per user, and use the app lawfully. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid us. All rights in the app are reserved.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, activating a subscription or trial, logging in, or otherwise using the MeasurePro application, website, or related services (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" includes that company and every user it adds. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MeasurePro is a mobile-first application for recording site visits, product measurements, photos, GPS locations, notes and related information, and for generating and sharing measurement reports. The Service includes optional utility tools (such as inclination, compass, level, calculators and converters), cloud synchronisation, and backup features.

3. Measurements — important disclaimer

All measurements, readings, calculations and tool outputs in MeasurePro are aids only. Device sensors and manual entries can be inaccurate. You must independently verify every measurement and calculation with professional instruments before quoting, fabricating, cutting, manufacturing, purchasing or installing anything. We accept no liability for fabrication errors, material wastage, installation failures, project delays, or any loss arising from reliance on data recorded in or produced by the Service.

4. Accounts, credentials and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all login credentials — user IDs, passwords, recovery codes, OTPs and linked Google accounts — for yourself and every user in your team.
Anything done through your account is deemed done by you. Notify us immediately at info@measurepro.in of any suspected unauthorised use.
We never ask for your password. We are not liable for losses caused by shared, weak, lost or compromised credentials, or by a lost recovery code.
Your company Admin controls team access and can add or remove users; we are not responsible for actions of users added by your Admin.

5. Your data and backups

Your measurement data is stored primarily on your own device. Depending on the features you use, copies may also sync to our cloud database and/or to your own Google Drive.
You are responsible for maintaining regular backups using the backup features provided (ZIP backup and Google Drive backup). Devices can be lost, browsers can be cleared, and no storage is infallible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, corruption or unavailability of data, howsoever caused — including device failure, browser data clearance, sync failure, or account deletion.
You retain ownership of the business data you record. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the Service.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you record — including obtaining any consents needed for photos, locations and client personal data you capture.

6. Subscriptions, trials, payments and refunds

The Service is licensed per user ("seat") on a subscription basis. Prices, plan durations and inclusions are shown at purchase and may change prospectively.
Free trials (e.g. 7 days) are provided for evaluation, once per business, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers (such as BillDesk). Your use of a payment provider is subject to that provider's terms. We do not store your card, bank or UPI credentials.
Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once a subscription is activated. Taxes (including GST) are extra where applicable.
If a payment fails, reverses or is charged back, we may suspend the subscription until resolved.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Service; (b) resell, sublicense, rent or share seats between multiple individuals; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content; (d) attempt to bypass subscription, coupon or security mechanisms; (e) interfere with the Service's operation or other customers' use; or (f) use the Service to build a competing product.

8. Intellectual property — all rights reserved

The Service — including its software code, design, user interface, logos, trademarks (including "MeasurePro"), icons, text, graphics and documentation — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of India and other countries. All rights are reserved. These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during a valid subscription. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-party services

The Service interoperates with third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Google Firebase, Google Drive, WhatsApp and payment gateways. We do not control these services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, acts or omissions.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without uptime guarantees and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We may add, modify or remove features at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data; and (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart India Enterprises, its proprietor, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your data, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, unlawful use, or non-payment. Upon termination, your licence ends; clauses which by nature should survive (including Sections 3, 5, 8, 11–13, 15) survive termination. You are responsible for exporting your data using the backup features before your subscription ends.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page with its effective date. Material changes may be notified in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
