Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 July 2026 · Version 1.0 · MeasurePro is a product of Smart India Enterprises, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("MeasurePro", "we", "us", "our").

In short: your measurement data belongs to you. It lives on your device, syncs to our secure cloud (Firebase, Mumbai region) so your team can work across devices, and can back up to your own Google Drive. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and photos/audio stay on your device unless you back them up or share them yourself.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, mobile number, role, and — if you use Google Sign-In — your Google account email address and basic profile provided by Google.
Business & site data you record: company details, client names and contacts, site addresses, measurements, product details, accessories, notes, voice notes, photos, and GPS coordinates you choose to capture.
Subscription data: plan, seats, activation and expiry dates, coupon usage.
Technical data: basic device/browser information necessary to run the app. We do not use advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

To provide the Service: recording visits, generating reports, syncing your team's data, managing subscriptions.
To secure accounts (authentication via password, OTP or Google Sign-In).
To support you when you contact us.
To comply with law. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Where your data is stored

On your device: the primary working copy of your data is stored locally in your browser/app storage.
Cloud sync: company, team and visit data (text, measurements, GPS) sync to Google Firebase Firestore, hosted in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region, so your team can access it across devices. Photos and audio recordings do not sync to our cloud — they remain on your device.
Your Google Drive backup (optional): if you enable Drive backup, a backup file (including photos) is saved to your own Google Drive account, under your control.

4. Google user data (Sign-In & Drive)

With Google Sign-In we receive your email address and basic profile to authenticate you and link you to your company account.
If you use Drive backup, we request the drive.file permission — this only allows the app to create and access its own backup file in your Drive. We cannot see your other Drive files.
MeasurePro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing of information

Initiated by you: when you share a report via WhatsApp, email or other apps, you control who receives it.
Within your company: your Admin and team members can access your company's synced data as per their roles.
Service providers: we use Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting infrastructure) and payment gateways (such as BillDesk) to process payments. They process data under their own safeguards; we do not store your card/UPI/bank credentials.
Legal: we may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Service.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local data remains until you delete it or clear your device/browser storage.
Cloud-synced data is retained while your company account is active. You may request deletion of your company's cloud data by writing to info@measurepro.in from the registered owner email; we will delete it within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
Drive backups are in your own Google account — you can delete them anytime from your Drive.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS encryption in transit, Google Firebase security rules restricting each company's data to its own authenticated members, and scoped permissions. No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords, protect your devices, and maintain backups.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consents (which may limit Service functionality). Write to us at the contact below; we will respond within a reasonable period.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be available at this page. Material changes may be notified in the app.
